Getting a heart pounding, personal training workout completed from your home has it’s advantages. You can avoid wasted time commuting to fitness facility and spend more time reaching your fitness goals. Morning sessions help you avoid the heat indigenous to the Scottsdale Arizona area, start your workday with more energy, and continue to burn more calories throughout your day. More often than not, exercise routines are interrupted by events that occur later in the day. With our early start times, we all but eliminate room for excuses. While everyone else is dragging themselves to their evening workouts, you are free to use your evening how you see fit!
What makes Halo Effect Mobile Personal Training different from other personal training programs?
The workouts! Our personal training sessions are exclusive in the fact that you must pass a physical fitness test in order to be accepted to the Halo Effect Fitness program. Our philosophy is that real results come from all-out, heart-pounding, sweat-pouring workouts. Halo Effect Fitness delivers the intensity and refuses to let you become bored with routine. The excitement created by the pod workouts will have you begging for more! We cater to your schedule and sessions can be held with up to 12 people!
Why mobile, where’s the fancy personal training studio?
We need the space! Halo Effect Fitness utilizes sprinting drills, long & high ball tosses and other endurance training methods. Our equipment is best suited for the outdoors. The workouts never get old as the outdoors provides endless possibilities for exciting new workouts. Let other people spend their entire day indoors. Sessions can be held in the privacy of your back yard or community green space. Get outside, get dirty, and love it!
I’ve Always Worked out at the Big Box Gyms, why make the switch to Halo Effect Fitness?
This can be answered by asking yourself this simple question, “Have I gotten the results that I want by working out at Big Box?” Chances are the answer is NO! Halo Effect Bootcamp is RESULTS oriented. I am not here to tell you that small changes make a big difference. You will never get the big results that you want to see without big changes to what you are currently doing.
I have to be in shape already to test-in to Halo Effect Fitness?
You have to be in MODERATE shape to test into Halo Effect Fitness. This is NOT just an outdoor workout that you can cruise through. Halo Effect Fitness workouts are a challenge and for individuals committed to their health. We do not slow down, we do not let up, and we ask 100% from every participant that sets foot into our circle. Because of this, we do ask for a moderate level of physical fitness to be achieved before we can allow you to experience Halo Effect Fitness. All of our requirements are posted at the end of the Mobile Personal Training overview for your use. You will be required to test-in again if it has been over 30 days since you last attended a Halo Effect Fitness workout.
Alright, I’m in! Now what?
Download the physical requirement sheet below. Be sure that you can complete all of the activities in the time required before attempting to test-in with Haley. While you may take as many test-in attempts as you like, you don’t want to spend a whole week just waiting for the next Saturday to roll around! Once you feel that you are ready, make your request for a mobile the test-in class on any Saturday. The test-in will be a workout in itself. Bring at least a liter of water, a set of both light and heavy hand weights, a yoga mat or beach towel for ground bound workouts and a hand towel. During your test-in appointment Scottsdale personal trainer, Haley Farris, will be advising you on the appropriate weights that you should acquire. You will most likely end up a bit dirty by the end of class so please be sure to keep that in mind when selecting your athletic attire. Shoes should be comfortable athletic shoes with good stability and traction.
